Podalak Architects has prepared various reports for a local school district and private schools.  These reports reviewed the condition of existing mechanical equipment, fire alarm & protection systems, fire suppression systems, egress components, overall building condition, handicap accessibility and future educational additions. 

These reports were then used to apply for funding, or to budget future upgrades and repairs.  Our firm then provided follow up architectural services for the completion of a number of projects which resulted from these reports ranging from re-roofing, fire alarm upgrades, boiler upgrade, mobile classrooms, chimney removals & future additions.
