The Client designed and fabricated laminated wood beams.  This project called for the design of a new warehouse and fabrication area with an attached corporate office.   They wanted their office to be constructed using some of their products (laminated wood beams), but to utilize a pre-engineered steel building for their warehouse and fabrication areas.
