This 40,000 SF project was comprised of two separate multi-tenant retail buildings. One building was attached to the end of an existing Jewel Food store, and the other building is a freestanding outlot. Since the main building was to be physically connected to the existing Jewel, it was required that the design of the buildings match and complement the design of the Jewel. The design of the retail buildings incorporates materials and elements of the existing building, while visually separating the multi-tenant spaces from the Jewel Store. |
