MULTI-TENANT RETAIL

Orland Park, IL     

This freestanding building is located in a retail district.  The building was pushed to the setback line of the main street as directed by the Village.  The parking lot was located on the interior side of the lot, in order to be screened from the street.  The design had to take into account that the building would be viewed from all four sides.  The front entrances faced the parking lot, the rear of the building faced the main street and was required to look like the front.
