MULTI-TENANT RETAIL

Will County, IL     

This 16,000 SF building is located along a strip of outlots to a big box retail development.  Across the street is another large multi-tenant retail development.  The other retail buildings in the area have an upgraded design, utilizing facebrick, stone, and decorative roof structures.  As these buildings will be in direct competition to our client for leasing, the desire was that this building would match or exceed the design of the nearby buildings.  A large masonry arch and sloped roof towers were utilized to draw attention to the building.  By locating these features at the ends and the center we were able to create prime exposure spaces throughout the building.  The materials were varied along the front elevation to add interest, and to visually break up the long front elevation.
