LAKE KATHERINE OFFICES

The Lake Katherine Office Complex is a three building office center composed of two (2) one-story (5,000 SF) three (3) tenant office buildings, and one (1) two-story (15,000 SF) office building with basement.  The site was designed to allow for numerous smaller parking fields, arranged around the buildings.  This design concept allows for landscape planting areas to surround each building, reducing the visual impact caused by one large parking field. The architectural elements of the three buildings were coordinated to allow for a visual relation between the different buildings.  The variation in unit size and building type allowed the developer greater flexibility in attracting unit buyers.
