WINTERSET III OFFICE PARK

The Winterset Office Park is a multi-phase office development in Orland Park. The complex is mainly comprised of one-story office buildings. These one-story office buildings (7,900 SF), and a three-story office building (35,000 SF) have been built based on the needs of specific owners. The roads, landscape courtyards, parking lots, and buildings were designed to appear residential in character.  The perimeter of the site is comprised of a landscape buffer and a detention pond to provide a visual screen and buffer from the adjacent residential area.
